This is our official agreement for our managed plans. When you sign up and pay for a managed plan you are agreeing to the following.  

You are engaging Bankert Marketing Inc. as your web developer service for the specific purpose of building and managing your website. Not all of the services provided are provided by Bankert Marketing Inc. For example, we cover the cost of hosting however we ourselves do not own or manage hosting servers. For this we rely on our hosting partners who we use. As such the server maintenance is carried out by these companies and not by Bankert Marketing Inc. 

You acknowledge that you do not own the built website unless you have paid the full setup fee or brought your own existing website, but it will remain the property of Bankert Marketing Inc. You can purchase your website fully as mentioned in the "What if I want to exit the managed plan?" section of this policy. If you are unsure please contact us. 

You acknowledge that you do not have the right to sell, distribute, or otherwise reproduce the individual scripts without the express written consent of Bankert Marketing Inc or the developer of that individual script.

It is also important to note that all intellectual property rights in the completed work remain with Bankert Marketing Inc or the developer of that individual script, and the customer is not entitled to claim any ownership of such rights.

The managed plan includes the items listed on our Managed Websites page. 

We take care of:

• 1 domain
• 1 personal hosting account
• 1 shared SSL certificate
• The design of the website 
• Text & image updates 
• Basic SEO
• Stock photos from select sites 
• Monthly Website backups
• Website Firewall 
• Malware Scanning  
• Webmail emails 
• High fives 
• A dedicated developer 

Although we would love to fulfill your every wish the reality of business is that we cannot do everything for a low monthly fee. Some things are not included. 

Some things that we can do but have an additional cost are:

• Additional domains 
• Custom design work, including full site rebrand
• Custom programming

  • Registration Integration
  • eCommerce Integration
• Adobe Stock images 
• Office 365 or GSuite email account licenses and account management
• Logos
• Advanced SEO Growth 
• Malware removal and/or subscriptions
• Marketing Materials 
• Copywriting 

If you would like to cancel your plan you can do so at anytime. Your website is basically shut down and you are free from any further costs. 

If you would like to keep your website and simply step out of the managed plan monthly commitment we have a buy out formula that helps us figure out what that fee would be. This takes into consideration how much you have paid into the website, how much we have put into the site and paid out for other costs vs the value of the website.
