This is our official agreement for our managed plans. When you sign up and pay for a managed plan you are agreeing to the following:

You are engaging Bankert Marketing Inc. as your web developer for the specific purpose of building and managing your website. Not all of the services provided are provided by Bankert Marketing Inc. For example, we cover the cost of hosting however we ourselves do not own or manage hosting servers. For this we rely on our hosting partners. As such the server maintenance is carried out by these companies and not by Bankert Marketing Inc. 

When you signup for a managed plan, you receive a large discount on your setup fee. You acknowledge that you do not own the built website unless you have paid the full setup fee or already had your own existing prebuilt website that you chose to let us manage. If you would like to exit your managed plan but keep your website, please see the "What if I want to exit the managed plan?" section of this policy. Websites that have not been fully bought out will remain the property of Bankert Marketing Inc. upon cancellation of your managed plan.

You acknowledge that you do not have the right to sell, distribute, or otherwise reproduce the individual scripts without the express written consent of Bankert Marketing Inc or the developer of that individual script.

It is also important to note that all intellectual property rights in the completed work remain with Bankert Marketing Inc. or the developer of that individual script, and the customer is not entitled to claim any ownership of such rights.

• 1 domain
• 1 hosting account
• 1 shared SSL certificate
• Website design
• Unlimited text & image updates
• Basic SEO upon setup
• Stock photos from select sites
• Website backups
• Recovery from backup
• Website firewall
• Malware scanning
• Webmail emails
• Monthly plugin and core component updates

Although we would love to fulfill your every wish, the reality of business is that we cannot do everything for a low monthly fee.

Additional features we offer at an extra cost include but are not limited to:

• Additional domains
• Custom design work, including full site rebrand
• Custom programming
• Additional forms
• Registration integration
• eCommerce integration
• Adobe Stock images
• Office 365 or Google Workspace email account licenses and management
• Logos
• Advanced SEO
• Malware removal and/or subscriptions
• Marketing materials
• Copywriting
• Bug fixes caused by client implemented plugins and content
• Email marketing
• Accessibility compliance

If you would like to cancel your plan you can do so at any time. Your website will be shut down and your recurring billing will be cancelled.

If you would like to keep your website but cancel your managed plan, we have a buyout formula that we use to calculate the buyout fee. This takes into consideration how much you have paid into the website and how much time and money we have put into building and maintaining the website.
