Domains, hosting, updates, security, monitoring, and backups all take time, but are necessary to keep your site up and running. With our managed plans, we take care of it all for you. Our team monitors your website and updates it accordingly to make sure when potential customers are looking, they can find you.

We also work with you to update your website content regularly. Managed plan clients have direct access to our development team for implementing unlimited content updates. This keeps your website current, so customers always see the right information and know what’s new with your business.

We start by talking with you about your business and your goals. This helps us understand exactly what you need your website to do for you. From there, we will provide you with a quote and a plan.

Step 2

Design & Build

We create a website that tells your story, engages your audience, and functions exactly as you need it to. You’ll see drafts along the way and provide feedback as we progress.

Step 3

Testing & Launch

Once you approve the website, we fully test the design and functionality across all devices and platforms. After testing, we make your website live for the world to see. From strategy call to launch, most websites are live within six weeks. Larger or more complex projects may take longer.

Support & Growth

After launch, we monitor your site, perform updates, and help you add content, so customers always see the right information and know what’s new with your business.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have custom domain emails if I am on a managed plan?

Yes. As part of your managed plan, we will set you up with custom domain emails through cPanel. We also offer Office 365 and Google Workspace licenses and setup for an additional fee.

How long are your contracts?

We don't do contracts, just subscriptions. You can cancel at any time.

Do I need to sign up for a managed plan?

No. If you want to work with us on a project but don’t want to sign up for a managed plan, we are happy to help. After hearing your requirements, we will provide you with a custom quote, and all assets will be given to you after the project is complete.

What if I already have a website?

If you already have a website but want to work with us, we can either redesign your existing website or start from scratch. It depends on the project requirements. When you sign up for a managed plan, we will move your hosting and domain over to our systems, so you don’t have to manage that separately.

What if I already have a domain?

Not a problem. We can move your domains into our accounts, or you can continue to manage your own domain.

Can I change my managed plan?

Yes, you can make change to your managed plan and requirements at any time by contacting us.

How long do content updates take?

We make every effort possible to implement your updates as soon as possible. Small updates are usually done within 24 hours, but bigger updates may take more time as we work through your request.

How long does it take to build a website?

We allow six weeks to design a standard website. Some exceptions may apply depending on the scope of the project.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank transfers, cash and cheques.
